Refund policy

• We happily accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase for store credit only.
  
• We do not return for final sale, clearance, used, ripped, worn, or stained items.
  
• We must receive your return within 7 days of your return request.
• We must be notified within 4 days of receiving your items of any problems or damages to your order, otherwise they will not be eligible for a return.
• Chrissyx Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. Chrissyx Boutique will not replace or refund lost orders delivered to the provided shipping address.
